Our team operates 5 retail pet brands in Indonesia through Makarios Group, and our factory has been manufacturing cat litter for 8+ years, exporting to 20+ countries. We learned firsthand what it actually takes to win a market — not just produce a product. We saw the same gap everywhere: factories that ship SKUs and disappear, leaving importers to figure out branding, positioning, and growth on their own.
Yedi Pet exists to close that gap. We turned an operator's playbook — market research, brand building, marketing, retail strategy — into a single partnership model, paired with our own cat litter manufacturing. Our partners don't just get product. They get the same toolkit we use to grow our own brands.
Our model only works when our partners win. That's why we limit partners per country, include brand and marketing in the partnership, and stay involved long after the container arrives.
